You're in luck! You can find Mysterious Fragments by defeating Gigant Zeugles. Try hunting down the Gigant Zeugle called Boisterous Roper in the Safar Sea Cave. Happy hunting!

Check out the Gegham Volcano, specifically look for the Gigant Zeugles there. They drop Mysterious Fragments often. Good luck!

Why bother searching? Just focus on defeating any Gigant Zeugle you encounter. They drop them pretty frequently.
