Head to Deimos! You'll need to complete the Heart of Deimos quest from Mother. Once that's done, you can start crafting your own Necramech.

Deimos, Isolation Vaults. Simple but effective.

Necramechs can be found on Deimos, in the Isolation Vaults missions. Just beware: it's a grind, but totally worth it!

Just did this myself! Go to Deimos and run Isolation Vault missions. You'll get the parts and blueprints from there.
