You can find Onett in the Onett's Lid Art quest line! He's up the red cannon, near the 35 Bee Gate. Look up!

Check out the 30 Bee Gate area! Onett often hangs out around there with some exclusive quests.

You wanna find Onett? Head to the red cannon and then look for a giant Lid Art! He's usually there.

Onett's usually near the 35 Bee Zone Cannon. Go up the red cannon and you'll be near his spot.
