Radroaches are pretty much all over the place in Fallout 76, but if you're looking for them specifically, try hitting up the Forest region. Lots of low-level areas there have radroaches. Buildings, old barns, and dilapidated houses are radroach hotspots. Morgantown, both in and around the high school, is another radroach rave party. Happy hunting!

Pro tip: Check around Flatwoods. Found a bunch of them in the kitchens of those abandoned houses. It's like they're throwing a radroach block party in there.
