Razorgrain can be found all over the map in Fallout 76, but one sure spot is Billings Homestead in the Forest region. It's literally a farm, so you can't miss it. Just wander around, and you'll find plenty of Razorgrain to harvest. Another good spot is Silva Homestead, also in the Forest region. Happy farming!
Pro tip: Always carry a bit of Razorgrain with you; it's surprisingly useful. And if you're lazy like me, just visit any player's vending machine. You'll often find them selling Razorgrain for cheap!
