Got a tip for you: most safes are found in places with lots of buildings, like Stealthy Stronghold and Retail Row. Just keep an eye out, and good luck!
Honestly, just roam around Dirty Docks or Holly Hedges. Safes are scattered, but these spots usually have a few.
Don鈥檛 bother looking for safes; just gather materials and focus on building. You'll get better loot from chests and supply drops.
I found loads of safes in Catty Corner and Camp Cod. Just make sure to search thoroughly!
