If you really wanna find semi trucks easily in GTA 5 online, just spawn them with a mod menu. JK, don't actually do that, it's cheating lol. But seriously, the best legit spots are around the docks and industrial areas. Always works for me!
Honestly, finding semi trucks in GTA isn't even hard. I see them all the time on the main highways. Just pick a road and follow it long enough; you're bound to run into one eventually.
Just steal one from the highway dude. They're literally everywhere.
