Sentry bots in Fallout 76 can be a real challenge, but if you're up for it, you'll find them in a few key spots. Firstly, check out the Whitespring Resort area; it's like they're having a convention there at times. Another hot spot is the Cranberry Bog region. Just be ready for a fight, these bots don't play around. And don't forget to peek around Fort Defiance and the Watoga area, where they often patrol.
If you're looking for sentry bots to scrap or for the thrill of the fight, don't bother. Find easier targets to farm materials or level up. Sentry bots are more trouble than they're worth unless you're decked out for heavy combat.
I ran into a sentry bot near the abandoned bog town yesterday! Scared the scrap out of me, but it was a great fight. Definitely check around that area if you're looking for a challenge.
