Sgt. Byrd, the penguin with an English accent, can be unlocked in Spyro: Year of the Dragon, one of the games in the Spyro Reignited Trilogy. You'll find him chilling at Sgt. Byrd's Base in the Midday Gardens Homeworld. He's first introduced in the level "Midday Gardens," and you need to help him out by paying Moneybags to release him.

Head to the Midday Gardens in Spyro: Year of the Dragon, and Sgt. Byrd will be in a cage guarded by that pesky Moneybags. Shell out some gems, and he's yours to control!
