Definitely head to the Plains of Eidolon on Earth. You can catch Sharrac in those waters if you fish during the day. Just don't forget your Luminous Dye to make them easier to spot!
I had luck catching Sharrac at the West Coast pond in the Plains of Eidolon during the day. Use Luminous Dye and a Lanzo Fishing Spear. Happy fishing!
