You can find textbooks in State of Decay 2 at libraries, abandoned schools, or sometimes at random houses. Just keep scavenging, and you'll eventually come across them!

Just scavenge any building with 'Educational Materials' on it. Textbooks are kinda like the Holy Grail in this game!
