Honestly, finding a Super GT isn't worth the hassle. There are way cooler cars in the game. Hot take, but true.
The Super GT is one slick ride, and snagging one in GTA San Andreas is a thrill. You can consistently find one parked at The Strip in Las Venturas. Look for the parking lot outside the driving school after you've completed the driving school missions. Another hot spot is near the golf club in San Fierro; sometimes it just spawns there begging for a joyride.
