Oh boy, the T60 power armor, a real beauty! You can snag your very own set early on at the National Guard Training Yard. Just be ready to face off against some ghouls and a Sentry Bot. If you're feeling brave, dart into the armory there. Another spot is joining the Brotherhood of Steel - they're pretty generous with their gear. Just help out Paladin Danse, and you'll be stomping around in T60 in no time!
National Guard Training Yard, hands down. Early in the game, and it's a guaranteed spawn. Beware of the Sentry Bot though; that thing does not mess around.
Don't forget the Atom Cats garage! Those cool cats have a T60 suit you can purchase if you play your cards right and help them out a bit. Plus, you get to hang with the coolest gang in the Commonwealth.
