Literally just drive around Ganton, and you're bound to bump into one eventually. It's like finding a needle in a haystack, but the needle drives and has hydraulics.
Gonna be real with you, it feels like Tahoma picks when to show up rather than where. But, keep an eye around the Grove Street area, and luck might just smile your way.
