The Atom Cats can be found chilling at the Atom Cats Garage, which is located to the southeast of Boston, a bit east of Quincy Ruins. It's a cool place where you'll meet a bunch of Power Armor enthusiasts living their best lives post-apocalypse. Just head over there, and you'll be welcomed into a world of greasers with a passion for heavy metal - both the music and the armor type!
Honestly, finding the Atom Cats is a waste of time. Just focus on the main questline, much more worth it.
