It's one of the most expensive cars you can steal in the game, and it looks super slick. Just stroll down to the fancy part of town, and you'll spot it there, waiting for a new owner - you!
I snagged the Bugatti Veyron right outside Ponsonbys in Rockford Hills. It's there most of the time, but if it's not, just cruise around the block, and it'll spawn. Trust me, I've stolen it like, a dozen times.
