You'll usually find it parked across the street just waiting for you to take it for a spin. Remember, it's GTA, so make sure the coast is clear unless you want a 5-star wanted level for your new ride.

The Bugatti, AKA the Truffade Adder, spawns in Rockford Hills, by Ponsonbys. But hey, if it's not there, try driving away and coming back or switch to another character and then switch back. Sometimes the game needs a little nudge to spawn those sweet rides.
