Oh, hunting for the moo-moo pal, are ya? Well, you're in luck! The cow Pal hangs out in the grassy plains near the big lake, east of the starting area. Best approach is during the morning in-game time cuz that's when they're most active. Bring some of those sweet berries to make friends faster. Happy hunting!
Found my first cow Pal near the waterfall east of the map. Super peaceful spot. They love the tall grass areas. Also, keep an eye on your Pal Points; catching cows can get pricey if you're not careful.
