I've found most of my Cyclops parts in the Mushroom Forest and the Sea Treader's Path. Just keep scanning and you'll get it!

The Cyclops fragments are spread out over several biomes. Check the Mushroom Forest, the Underwater Islands, the Crash Zone, and the Mountains. Good luck!
