In Splatoon 3, lockers can be found in Splatsville, the game's hub world. Just head over to the Lobby and look on the right side. You'll see a place where you can customize your locker to showcase your gear and style!
Lockers are just a decoration gimmick.
I initially had no idea where to find the lockers, but after wandering around Splatsville, I finally spotted them in the Lobby area on the right. That's where you can make your locker look awesome!
