I found most of my mobile vehicle bay fragments in the Grassy Plateaus. Swim around there with a scanner, and you should get lucky!

You can find the mobile vehicle bay fragments in the Grassy Plateaus, Kelp Forest, and the Safe Shallows. Just scan three fragments, and you're good to go!

If you're feeling brave, try the deeper Grassy Plateaus. I found all three fragments there, but watch out for Stalkers!
