I found my Sea Crown in one of the caves in the Lost River. Keep an eye out around the skeleton remains.

This might surprise you, but you can also find Sea Crowns in the Alien Containment if you plant their seeds.

You can find the Sea Crown in the bulb zone cave system, especially near the giant bulb trees. Happy hunting!
