I found mine in the Lava Zones, specifically the Inactive Lava Zone and the Lava Lakes. Just look around the alien bases!

Head to the Deep Grand Reef and search around the alien bases there. You'll find the Thermal Plant fragments near them!

Just avoid the Reaper Leviathan and check around the Alien Thermal Plants in the Inactive Lava Zone. You'll thank me later.

Try the Mountain Island and the areas around it. That’s where I got lucky with my Thermal Plant fragments.
