Twekel Slimes don't actually exist in Slime Rancher! Maybe you meant Tangle Slimes? You can find those in the Glass Desert. Happy ranching!

In my experience, to find Tangle Slimes, just activate the oases in the Glass Desert and they’ll start popping up!
