Not sure about specifics for all platforms, but searching for 'Bloodlines' in your file explorer usually does the trick!
Local disk on Windows: Mostly, game files are under C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common if you’re using Steam.
GOG user here! For Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines, just go to where GOG Galaxy installed your games (usually C:\GOG Games) and you'll find the folder.
