Where to Find Virgil in Fallout 4
Oh, the quest for Dr. Brian Virgil! You'll find this elusive character in the Glowing Sea, a highly irradiated area in the southwest corner of the map. Look for a cave marked as 'Rocky Cave' on your map; that's where he's holed up. Just make sure you're loaded up on Rad-X and Power Armor unless you wanna glow in the dark yourself!

Found Virgil last night! You really can't miss him once you're in the Rocky Cave in the Glowing Sea. Was totally prepared for a fight, but turns out, he's pretty chill if you're not there to start trouble.
