Hey, Vault Dweller! To snag yourself a camera in Fallout 76, you gotta keep your eyes peeled for the dead tourist body. Yeah, sounds grim, but that's the Wasteland for ya. This tourist and their camera spawn at a handful of locations - like the Wavy Willard’s Water Park, near the lighthouse, or at the giant teapot. It's kinda random, so you might need to server hop a few times. Once you find them, loot the camera and you're all set to snap some Wasteland wonders!

Short answer? Dead tourists. Spooky but true. Check the known spawn points, grab the camera, and start your Wasteland photo journey. Happy hunting!

Actually, finding the camera's a cool little adventure on its own. I stumbled upon the tourist by accident at the Mothman Museum. Took me a while, but server hopping did the trick. Once you get the camera, there are loads of in-game photography quests to keep you busy. So worth it!
