Ancient Water in Slime Rancher can be found in the Glass Desert area. You'll need to activate an Oasis by shooting nearby rock statues with plorts to unlock it. Once an Oasis is active, use your vacpack to collect Ancient Water from the budding plants that appear!

I remember spending hours in the Glass Desert before I realized I had to feed plorts to some rock statues! Activate those Oases, and you'll have Ancient Water in no time. Oh, and don鈥檛 let it evaporate while making your way back!
