Vendor's the way to go, IMO. Just stock up from any general goods vendor. Saves you the hassle of huntin' for them when you could be out blastin' Super Mutants.
Honestly? Bobby pins are all over if you’re looking. I once found like, 20 in a single run through Concord. Also, desks and containers in offices are gold mines. Happy lockpicking!
Easiest bobby pins? Steal 'em. Just kidding… or am I? Seriously though, check around Red Rocket stations. Toolboxes there are a good bet.
