Just steal it, lol. Seriously, it spawns by the Ponsonbys in Rockford Hills. Probably the easiest supercar you'll ever 'borrow' in the game.

If you really want the Adder, aka the GTA Bugatti, and can't find it spawning, save up and buy it from the in-game internet. Head over to the Legendary Motorsport website on your phone, and you'll find it for a cool $1,000,000. Worth every penny for that speed!
I've had zero luck finding it. Aren't these spawns random anyway? Best bet is to just buy it in-game if you're tired of waiting.
Oh, the need for speed! You're looking for the Truffade Adder, GTA 5's version of a Bugatti. Your best bet to find this speed demon is in Rockford Hills. Check out the most luxurious neighborhood in the game, right outside the Ponsonbys clothing store. It frequently spawns there, and if it's not there right away, drive around the block, and it might just appear. Happy driving!
