Just grab 'em from anywhere! But really, lots of places have crops just sitting around. The trick is to take what you need and start your farming empire back at your own settlement. Also, trading with settlers can get you some seeds to start with.

Honestly, why bother farming? Just loot everything and buy what you need!

Crops in Fallout 4 can be found all over the Commonwealth! The best places to look are in existing settlements like Sanctuary Hills and the Abernathy farm. These places have crops ready to harvest which you can use for your own settlements. Also, once you have some crops, you can plant them in your settlement's workshop area to grow more.

Pro tip: After you start growing your own, assign settlers to manage them. That way, you can focus on exploring rather than playing farmer all day.
