I got mine from vendors in the space stations. Just look out for anyone selling general goods. They usually have some!
Dig through those lockers and boxes on almost any planet or station – they're everywhere if you look hard enough.
Hot take: Just stick to main quests and you'll eventually trip over enough digipicks. No need to go on a wild goose chase.
