In Starfield, you can snag healing items by scavenging through the various planets and space stations you explore鈥攋ust keep an eye out for medkits and stashes! Also, vendors on space stations may sell healing items, so stock up when you can before heading into dangerous missions.
Trading with NPCs is the way to go. Neutral factions usually have a surplus of healing supplies.
Honestly, just explore and loot everything you can. No such thing as too many healing items!
