Just farm the Orokin Derelict Survival or Defense; you'll get plenty of mutagen samples. It's grindy but worth it!
You can farm Mutagen Samples on Deimos, especially in the Cambion Drift. Just bring a squad and some patience!
I found most of my mutagen samples in Deimos. It's pretty straightforward, just roam around and kill enemies. Easy peasy!
Honestly, just buy them from the market if you have enough platinum. Saves you a lot of time!
