From personal experience, roaming through barren planets was my gold ticket for scoring titanium. The places no one else wants to visit, baby!
Just find some weird rocks. They're everywhere and usually have some titanium hidden in there.
In Starfield, you can find polymer and titanium on various planets and through quests. Be sure to visit asteroid belts and mining stations, as they often have these materials in abundance. Happy exploring!
