To get Royal Jelly in Slime Rancher, you'll need to grab yourself an apiary and place it in the Moss Blanket, Indigo Quarry, or Ancient Ruins. Just make sure to check back every 12 minutes in-game, as these spots have higher chances of yielding the sweet stuff!
