Just go to the Floating Turtle and start smashing NPCs. They drop it!

Best place to farm scrap metal is the Floating Turtle. Fight the Sea Soldiers and other NPCs there鈥攖hey drop it quite often.

I've gotten a ton of scrap metal from the Floating Turtle island. Fight the Sea Soldiers to farm it efficiently. Trust me, it's worth it!
