I got mine by completing a few side quests and then visiting the shipyard in New Atlantis. Took a bit of grinding but totally worth it!
Just a heads up, you won't find it until you progress a bit further into the game and gather some serious resources. Good luck!
Head over to the big shipyard in Akila City. The ship vendor there offers some hefty cockpit upgrades. Save up your credits!
