Make a trip to Kelp Forest for Creepvine Seed Clusters and Floating Island for Bulbo Tree Samples. The rest are scattered around but keep an eye out!

Just go for Creepvine Seed Clusters in Kelp Forest, Acid Mushrooms near your base, Bulbo Trees on Floating Island, Gel Sacks in Deep Grand Reef, and Blood Oil in Blood Kelp Zone. Easy-peasy.
