You can snag Vault Suits in a few places! First, you'll find them in Vault 111 where you start the game - can't miss it. Then, there's Vault 81, where they're pretty friendly and might let you grab a few extras. Don't forget the other Vaults scattered across the Commonwealth; some have suits just lying around waiting for new owners. And hey, if you're feeling crafty, grab the Vault-Tec DLC to build your own Vault and pump out those suits yourself!
Actually, the best way to stock up on Vault suits is to trade with other players. Oh, wait...
Digging in crates and lockers in any Vault usually turns up a suit or two. Found my favorite one that way, in the back of a dusty old locker in Vault 114. Kinda smelled weird, but hey, it's a Vault suit!
