Where to Get Weekly Dungeon Quest Dragonflight
Head over to the main hub, talk to some of the NPCs there, especially the quest giver near the central fountain. They usually have the weekly quests.

You just need to check in with the NPCs at the starting town; they're the ones who hand out the weekly dungeon quests.
Why not just join a party and ask other players? Works for me every time!
