Earthpulse locations are great for quick leveling, plus the scenery isn't terrible either.
High-level areas in the Empyrean's Throne are where you want to be for fast and efficient leveling.
The best spots to level up in Tales of Berseria are the EX Dungeon (The Last Dungeon) and the Earthpulse locations. Happy grinding!
Honestly? Just grind through the main story first and save the heavy leveling for the post-game dungeons.
