I put mine in ~/.var/app/net.pcsx2.PCSX2/config/pcsx2/bios and it works like a charm!

Just drop the BIOS files in the pcsx2/bios folder. Easy peasy!

It's as easy as placing the BIOS in /home/deck/.var/app/net.pcsx2.PCSX2/config/pcsx2/bios. Works every time for me.

You'll wanna put the PS2 BIOS in the pcsx2/bios directory. Just create the folders if they aren't there already!
