Where to sell cars in Grand Theft Auto V?

Also, you can't sell cars you've nabbed off the street if they're too high-end—those luxury dealers have standards, apparently.

Tried selling a supercar at Los Santos Customs once. They wouldn't take it. Ended up just driving it around. Selling normal cars works fine though.
