Just grab a Starter Deck! They're designed for beginners, and you'll learn the game as you play. Then, watch some tutorials online. Lots of experienced players share tips and strategies that can help you level up your game quickly.

For anyone just diving into the Pokemon Trading Card Game (PTCG), start with a Theme Deck. These are ready-to-play decks that will give you a feel for the game's basics without overwhelming you. Once you're comfortable, expand your collection with Booster Packs or attend a local game store's event to learn more and meet fellow players!

Starters are overrated. Get a couple of Booster Packs, build something unique, and learn by doing. Best way to get a full taste of PTCG.

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
