Honestly, fragments are overrated. Spend them on abilities if you need, but don't stress too much about it.
Use fragments to awaken your Blox Fruits abilities! Just visit the Mysterious Scientist in the Second Sea. Happy awakening!
You can use fragments to upgrade your abilities or buy special items. I maxed out my Dark Fruit this way and it rocks!
Fragments can also buy you new race abilities. You can find those NPCs in the Second and Third Sea!
