Short answer: Nuka-World. Longer answer: Doesn't exist, 'cause Fallout 76 doesn't have Nuka-World. That's from Fallout 4, folks. In Fallout 76, you'd be collecting and spending Caps instead. So, if you've got a stash of Nuka-Cade tickets, you're probably mixing up your Fallouts. Happens to the best of us!
