The Hot Wheels Yamahauler Go-Kart Employee Exclusive is a special piece that was originally given out to Mattel employees. It wasn't available for purchase by the general public, making it a rare find for collectors. Typically, these kinds of exclusives are created as a way to thank employees or celebrate company milestones, which adds to their uniqueness and value among collectors.

Actually, the Yamahauler Go-Kart employee exclusive is pure gold for collectors. Got my hands on one at a toy convention and the seller claimed it came straight from an ex-Mattel employee. These bad boys are super rare and were a little 'thank you' from Mattel to its employees. Never saw it in stores!
