Unfortunately, Connecticut isn't an available option when choosing your starting city in BitLife. You're better off choosing somewhere nearby like New York City.

Connecticut isn't specifically a featured location in BitLife. You can still have your character live in the northeastern USA by selecting Boston or New York as your starting city.
