The quarry in GTA 5 is located in the eastern part of the map, in Blaine County near the Ron Alternates Wind Farm. It's a large, open mining area that you can't miss if you're flying over or driving near it. Make sure to explore it thoroughly, there's a lot of ground to cover and some missions will take you there!

Honestly, just grab a helicopter and fly east from Los Santos, you'll spot the dusty pit of the quarry right beside the highway. It's more fun discovering it from the air!

It's in the desert, east side of the map. Look for a big hole in the ground, that's your quarry.
